Usersnap mobile is a companion app helps you to the Usersnap feedback platform and lets you react to user feedback in realtime. You can get push notification when new feedback or comments come in. If the feedback is unclear you can reply to the user. You also see the full conversation history. You can add labels to organise your feedback and assign team mates to handle the feedback. If you want to process the feedback in other apps, like Jira or Slack you can push the feedback there right from within the Usersnap mobile app.
